Description: This web tool allows you to explore gene expression data generated in Geng et al., 2013, The Plant Cell. Gene expression in 4 tissues of the root were analyzed at 6 times during the salt response and in 2 control conditions. The data show how tissue, environment and time interact to generate a complex diversity of expression patterns that bring the root from initial shock to acclimation.
