Description: Environmental responses in plants are often mediated by a complex set of secondary signaling pathways such as hormones, ROS, etc. We have developed a tool that allows you to explore whether co-expressed salt-regulated genes are associated with these secondary signaling pathways. You can chose which set of secondary signals you examine (Hormone, Abiotic stress), the expression data set used (root map radial or longitudinal data from Brady et al., 2007 or salt salt stress spatiotemporal map, Geng et al., 2013).
